I am suffering from the thyroid ,irregular periods and the weight gain so that's reason I joined Akhila soukhya team.

So I am taken consultant by the DR Praseetha. She discussed with me more than 1 hour and suggested for the 4 month program. Once I started the diet plan and exercise by the hlp Akhila soukhya team .
